The CDC is in the process of establishing a Database of capable and competent Service Providers to supply innovative and / or alternative building solutions and products for constructing the housing stock and classroom buildings that are required at the Coega Vulindlela Village in the Eastern Cape. The service providers are required to be capable of providing design and build solutions for the construction of these structures. The CDC is gearing towards providing these facilities for the approximately 6000 workers to be engaged in various construction and operational projects on the Coega IDZ. Respondents to the EOI will be expected to provide non-binding estimate prices for their proposed solutions. Bidders responding to this EOI will be pre-qualified and thereafter the shortlisted bidders will be notified of the detailed request for proposal to be submitted.
